Empire Parking Lot Services is a asphalt contractor located in Southern California. The company was established by Scott Flores in 2008 after the parking lot maintenance company he was working for at the time closed its doors. Empire-PLS consists of about 14 employees including an office manager, a production manager, several salesmen, marketing manager and a field crew of about 10 employees. Scott’s experience is comprised of 20+ years working as the general manager for the company he worked for before Empire. At that company, Scott worked as a field employee, crew leader, a scheduling manager, a salesman & ultimately the general manger. Through that experience Scott was able to quickly build a new company hand picking some of the best people in the business.

Asphalt Repair
Empire-PLS specializes in asphalt repair & asphalt construction, but we also offer several other asphalt contracting services as well. These services include asphalt overlays, petromat overlays, and asphalt remove and replacement type projects. On the asphalt maintenance side we offer asphalt patching, skin patching, and general pothole repair. Concrete Repair:
Empire-PLS offers concrete repair that is above par with industry standards on concrete. Our concrete services include a wide variety. From cement handicap ramp upgrades to concrete flow lines. Seal Coating:

For this Empire-PLS offers seal coating service to help protect your asphalt parking lots. Asphalt is not unlike our skin in that in California it needs protection from the suns harmful rays. Empire provides the thickest, darkest sealcoat in the industry. The secrete to really dark seal is to simply not water it down too much. Seal purchased from a manufacturers plant does require you to add water to achieve a workable consistency. but if you add to much (as many contractors do) then you degrade the seal to a dull color and thin consistency. Empire-PLS doesn’t cut corners to make a few extra bucks, instead we focus on selling quality products and services that keep our asphalt maintenance customers coming back.
